Due to the packaging laws affecting small traders like us, shipping to your country is no longer worthwhile for us. Customers with VAT ID (B2B) are exempt.
Without exception, all aircraft parts sold through this website or through direct contact with crewshop24 will be listed in customs notes/invoices as, “Aircraft part(s) – Display/No commercial value.” The value listed on the customs note/invoice will be the same as the value the items were sold at. We will not adjust customs notes/invoices to suit individual requests.
Shipping & Payment
We calculate the exact shipping costs for you simply in the shopping cart, after you have placed all desired items in the shopping cart.
A registration is not necessary for this. You do not have to calculate and see all important information /options at a glance.
For deliveries outside the EU you may have to pay additional costs like customs duties or import taxes, pls check you local authorities.
Shipping information
What does the status "in shipping department" mean:
The status "in the shipping department" means that we are preparing the shipping process, that is, preparing the box, printing the invoice and creating the shipping label.Then everything goes to the warehouse, where the goods are added and then the shipment is made.
What does the status "Your order has been shipped" mean:
The status "Your order has been shipped" means that your goods have left the shipping department and will be handed over to the shipping service provider. DHL shipping days are Mon, Wed, Fri
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
When paying with Paypal
We will only send to the shipping address provided by Paypal. Please pay attention to which address is stored in your account with Paypal.
If the address is wrong, the postage costs + return fee will be charged again or can not be refunded. If you don´t pick up your parcel and DHL is returning the parcel to us, a return fee of 25€ will be deducted from the refund.

The goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. If you wish to have the goods shipped to a country not listed, please contact us by email or telephone. We must then check in each individual case whether it is possible to ship the goods there. If this should be the case, you will receive an offer from us with the corresponding shipping costs.

or as DHL Parcel for 4.99€
From 1-3kg as a package for 8.63€
From 3-5kg as a package for 9.76€
From 5-10kg as a package for 11.72€
From 10-20kg as a package for 16.99€
From 20-30kg as a package for 24.99€

II. Shipping outside Germany
We ship to the following countries up to 1kg weight. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.
Shipping to the EU / EEA-countries as Warenpost International Premium ( + country specific VAT):
(35,3 x 25 x 10,0 cm max of 1 kg). No shipment to crossed out countries, due to recycling regulations of these countries.
Up to 500gr as Warenpost International Premium for 7.55 € incl. tracking
Up to 1000gr as Warenpost International Premium for 9.99 € incl. tracking
Shipping time: Additional maximum duration in days 3-5.

We receive many packages with goods etc. These empty cartons are used depending on the condition to send again packets.
A small contribution to the environment. So, why don´t use them again?
Parcels with DHL we basically send CO2-neutral "go Green".
