A four-engine long-range wide-body airplane designed and built by Boeing Commercial Airplanes that made its first flight on February 9, 1969. With more than 1,500 Boeing 747s produced from 1968 to 2022, the "Queen of the Skies" has populated skies around the world. The last 747 to be built is scheduled for delivery to Atlas Air in December 2022.
